True Story

With the fullness of gardening joy bubbling up in my heart, I barreled out the back door and dashed giddily to my garden to partake in the delightfulness of the dewey morning air and gaze upon the wildly growing vegetables that I’ve planted there, anticipating their maturing into an abundant harvest later this winter.

My entire garden was eaten over night.

    1. They survived. I planted them in a window box and they’re not large enough to be found yet. But I do have 5 dandelion plants sprouting. Yeah! My cilantro and lettuce are also in window boxes and have just sprouted. The in-the-ground garden is wiped out.
