I only had a couple of little red potatoes in my pantry that got soft and grew eyes so I cut them each in half and put them at the bottom of a planter, threw some Black Cow and soil over them and here’s what I got a couple months later.
Oh and they were so tasty. Even the marble-sized potatoes; there were just a few of them. After a good washing, I boiled them until soft, cut them in small pieces and mixed mayonnaise, salt, pepper, a little ginger (I put that in almost everything) and a dash of Slap Ya Mama seasonings. Yum.
