Frost on the spring garden

I keep hearing about the last frost/freeze that’s due to happen in March here on the Gulf Coast. It is supposed to get cold tonight. A front came through yesterday dumping a lot of needed rain on the area and tonight it’s supposed to be in the upper 30s by sunrise.
What I’m going to do is bring all of my starter plants indoors. My garage will probably be a good place although it’s probably as cold as outside. I’ll cover the plants with a bed sheet to help keep the warmth in.
I’m not fond of bugs and last time I brought plants in we had 3-inch long thousand-legger-type bugs walking through my house. Oh, how gross. That’ll be another topic: winterizing your plants for indoors.
If your veggies and other things are outside and the temperature is dropping in your area, please cover your plants or bring them in if you can.
